Early 19th century. 4-storey and attic 3-bay classical tenement with altered shops to ground. Grey granite ashlar. Band course. Piended dormer and box dormer.

Variety of window types. Plate glass timber sash and case to 2nd storey and casement to 3rd. Grey slates, gable stacks.
