Description
118, 120, and 122 King Street in Aberdeen is a three-storey and attic tenement building, dating from before 1828. It is situated on a corner site and features a three-bay design. The ground floor has been altered for shops, while the building is constructed from grey granite ashlar. The ground floor includes round-arched openings, a band course, and a blocking course. There is a six-panel timber entrance door with a fanlight above it, and piended dormers are present on the upper floors.
The windows are predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case, and the roof is covered with grey slates, featuring coped gable stacks and raised skews.
