Description
This building at 144 King Street in Aberdeen is a mid-19th century, two-storey and attic, three-bay Classical flatted dwelling. It features a round-arched pend opening on the far right, which leads to number 142 King Street. The structure is made of grey granite ashlar. The central entrance has a six-panel, two-leaf timber door with a two-light rectangular fanlight above it. To the right, there is another round-arched opening with a fanlight. A band course separates the ground and first floors. The roof includes three pitched dormers set within a box dormer. The windows are predominantly plate glass timber sash and case, and the roof is covered with grey slate.
