92 Union Street, Aberdeen

82 Union Street in Aberdeen is a former hotel building dating from before 1828. It is a four-storey and attic structure with 13 bays, located on a prominent corner site. The ground floor has been altered for shops, and the building now contains flats and shops as of 2006. It is constructed of grey granite ashlar and features a cill course for numbers 96 to 100, along with a cornice and blocking course. The building has a curved corner.

Numbers 94 to 100 have some raised architraves and console bracketed cornices above the windows, as well as a central wallhead panel. There is an upper storey linking bridge to number 19 Correction Wynd, which is listed separately.

The upper storeys have a mixture of timber sash and case windows, some of which feature curved glazing at the corner, while the shops have plate glass. The roofs are mansard style, covered with grey slates.

The interior was not seen during the 2006 resurvey but is believed to have been comprehensively modernised.
