101, 103, and 105 Union Street in Aberdeen is an early 19th-century, four-storey, five-bay corner Classical tenement, which rises to six storeys at the rear facing The Green. The building is constructed of grey granite ashlar, with rubble at the rear. The principal northern elevation features a band course, a cill course at the top storey, and a cornice. There is a central pilastered doorpiece with a consoled balustraded balcony above it. The building has central coped wallhead stacks on the north and west sides, and some round-arched openings on the eastern side. The south corner is curved and includes an oval oriel window at the fourth storey. The upper storeys predominantly have plate glass timber sash and case windows, while the shops feature plate glass. There are wallhead and corner stacks present.
