10, 12, 14 Marischal Street, Aberdeen

10, 12, 14 Marischal Street in Aberdeen is a later 18th century, three-storey townhouse with an attic, featuring five bays in a simple classical style. It is built from Loanhead granite ashlar with raised margins and has a moulded cornice. The central entrance is a double leaf timber door located at No 12, with a fixed-pane window with glazing bars to the left. No 10 has a timber door and a fixed single-pane window to the far right, while No 14 has a recessed timber door with steps at the far left bay. The building is topped with three triangular pedimented dormers.

The windows are 12-pane timber sash and case, and the roof is covered with grey slate. The left gable features an ashlar skew, and there is a coped granite ashlar stack with clay cans. The property also has cast-iron rainwater goods.
