Derrywilligan House, 167 Armagh Road, Newry, Co. Down, BT35 6PX

Derrywilligan House is a two-storey, three-bay farmhouse, originally facing northeast. The building has rendered rectangular section chimneys to the gables, and a two-storey pitched roof rear return with a mid-ridge chimney constructed of buff brick. A later flat-roofed return abuts to the rear northwest. A central, flat-roofed porch projects from the front elevation, flanked by full-height canted bays. Each canted bay features decorative ironwork at the apex. The walls are finished with smooth cement render, and the windows are UPVC casement windows. A replacement uPVC door is located in the front porch, featuring a square-headed fanlight and side lights. Cast iron rainwater goods are present. The building was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed; a partial record only was taken during the Second Survey, as it was deemed not worthy of a full survey.
