Rockview Cottage is a one-and-a-half-storey, four-bay dwelling with a pitched roof. It features a projecting gabled porch to the front southwest side and a flat-roofed extension to the southeast side. The roof is covered in fibre cement tiles and has three half dormers and a rectangular mid-ridge chimney. The cottage has uPVC casement windows and doors, uPVC roof lights, and pebbledash render covering the exterior. It was surveyed during the First Survey but has not been listed, with a partial record taken during a Second Survey due to significant alterations and the loss of original fabric, including replacement windows, doors, and roof. The building is currently used as a house.
