Rockview Cottage 3 was recorded during the First Survey, but was not formally listed at that time. The building has since been demolished, and a partial record was made during the Second Survey, alongside the construction of two replacement dwellings. The former use of the building was as a house. It is now demolished and not subject to a listing. No particular architectural or historical interest was noted, and the record is designated as a Grade D1 Record Only.
