Description
This is a two-storey, four-bay house, which has undergone a complete renovation or rebuild. It features a pitched roof and a projecting, flat-roofed porch to the front. The roof is covered in fibre cement tiles, with two rectangular section chimneys positioned on the gables. The windows are timber casement windows, with uPVC Restricted Opening Glass (RWGs). The exterior is finished with a pebbledash render. It was surveyed during the First and Second Surveys but is not listed and a full survey was deemed unnecessary.
