Description
Park Lodge is a two-storey cottage ornée, constructed with stone-faced walls on the ground floor and a stone-faced chimney at the southeast end. The upper floor overhangs on the northwest and southeast sides and features applied timber-framing with pebbledash infilling. The roof is covered with plain tiles and has a half-hip at the southeast end around the stack, with cresting along the ridge.
The entrance front includes a transomed four-light window on the first floor at the southeast end, which is topped with a gable that has a bargeboard. The ground floor features a four-light bay window at the southeast end, with a tile canopy that extends north across the front. At the northwest end, there is a four-light leaded window on the first floor, also with a gable and a cusped bargeboard above. The interior details were not available during the resurvey.
