Description
Brynffynnon is a two-bay, two-storey cottage built from local uncoursed masonry, topped with a roof made of small random slates and a tile ridge. It features a large stone chimney on the right, which has been heightened with render. The windows are aligned vertically on both the left and right sides and now have timber casements. There is a lightly constructed central porch added later. The front of the cottage is enclosed by a small stone wall and a timber gate.
At the rear and side, there are flat-roofed extensions from the 20th century, with the side extension including a window that overlooks the front enclosure. The property has not been inspected.
