Description
Priddbwll-bach is a two-storey house dating from the 18th century, located facing south towards the road. The exterior is constructed from uncoursed quasi-rubble masonry and features a large two-storey front porch with a hip roof. The roof is covered with slate and has a tile ridge, along with a prominent double-flue mid-chimney that is rendered.
The windows are arranged irregularly. There is a small two-light casement window in the porch above a modern boarded main door, and small windows on each side wall of the porch. To the left of the porch, there are two small two-light casement windows, and one above to the right. Below the porch, three windows are located to the left, with timber lintels; the middle window is in an altered opening. To the right of the porch, there is a small window and a three-light decorative cast-iron window featuring diamond and margin panes.
On the right gable elevation, there is a single iron window both above and below, while a small window is present on the left gable elevation. The upper door in the left gable end is set within a blue-brick surround and is accessed by stone steps. The rear elevation has four windows. The interior has not been seen.
