Description
Hendy is a 1½-storey farmhouse that consists of three or four units, built from local uncoursed stonework, with some parts colour washed. At the rear, there is a lean-to made of brick and concrete block, and some concrete block reconstruction can be seen at the east gable. The farmhouse features a slate roof with a tile ridge and a stone mid-stack. The front has been altered and now has three windows, along with replaced doors and windows set within openings that have brick arches. There are two dormer windows through the eaves, which have been replaced with four-light windows. One end of the building has some weather boarding.
While the interior has not been seen, it is reported to retain post and panel partitioning.
