Description

Fila Rhosyn and Rose Cottage A late C19 terrace of three cottages, the outer two single fronted, the central one double fronted; the left and central cottages now occupied as one and renamed Fila Rhosyn. The appearance strongly indicates estate involvement in their design. A two-storey, four-window terrace range in local shaley uncoursed stonework with a hipped roof with small random slates; tile ridges, two modern brick mid-chimneys. The chimney at left, having served the left and centre cottages, is wider than that at right. Brickwork window and door arches. Timber windows retaining some small-paned iron casements with stays. Two lightly constructed C20 porches. Modern brickwork extension at centre rear.

Interior not seen.
