Description
The Rear Building at Green Inn is a house dating from the 18th century, consisting of 2½ storeys and situated east/west parallel to the Green Inn. It features local uncoursed shaley stonework and a slate roof, which has a brick end-chimney on the right side. The rear of the building has a large catslide roof extending from the left half, along with a lower lean-to extension on the right half.
At the front, there is a lean-to porch on the left with a side entrance. The windows have been restored; there is a small-pane three-light window on the right and another above it, which are not aligned. On the left side of the first storey, there is a small lattice-glazed window. The east side elevation includes two small-pane three-light windows, and there is another in the rear elevation. Additionally, there are two small-pane three-light gabled dormer windows at the front.
