3/22 Penadlake Farmhouse

GV II

House, circa early C18 with late C18 wing to rear and mid C19 extension under catslide roof on rear. Rubble stone with slate roof, slightly curved hip on left and gabled on right. Projecting stone chimneys at either end with brick stacks. Brick stacks to rear. Plan much altered. 2-storeys, almost symmetrical 2-window front with doorway off centre to right with slated hood and glazed door. Ground floor with two 2-light timber casements with glazing bars. Segmental arch with dressed stone voussoirs to left hand window and concrete lintel to right hand window. Similar windows above under timber lintels. Cloam oven projection at rear.

Interior altered. Roof timbers not inspected.
