Description

This is a two-storey, three-bay rectangular plan dwelling house. It has undergone a complete renovation. The front features a central door case, with a painted panelled timber door fitted with brass furniture and a square-headed fanlight above. A pitched roof covered with fibre cement tiles is present, with two rectangular section chimneys to the gables and uPVC rainwater goods. The exterior is finished with a smooth cement render, incorporating granite steps and window cills. The windows are timber casement windows with vertical glazing bars. Decorative wrought iron railings and a foot gate define a modest front yard.
