This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. Two storey L-plan farmhouse with red brick chimneys to gables. Front is three bays with central projecting entrance bay having segmental-arched heads to windows and door; original sash windows and timber barge to gable (square-headed uPVC casements elsewhere). Six panel entrance door with segmental arched fanlight and original glazing. Generally smooth cement render finish with quoins, chamfered edges to window opes. Natural slate roof. Cast Iron RWGs. Outbuildings and hooped metal entrance gates.
