This is a two-storey, three-bay farmhouse located on the east side of Belfast Road in Derrycraw, Newry. The building appears to date to the late 19th century, likely constructed between 1880 and 1899, although earlier buildings were present on the site according to an Ordnance Survey map from 1834 and a valuation book from 1836. The farmhouse was refurbished in 1998.

The principal, west-facing elevation features a pitched roof covered in natural slate, with two rebuilt corbelled red brick chimneys positioned on either side of the central bay. There is an advanced eaves course and half-round plastic rainwater goods. Modern skylights are present on the rear pitch. The walls are smooth render and painted, with stepped V-channelled quoins marking the front corners and a smooth rendered basecourse. Each bay contains a window on both floors; these are all modern, 2/2 uPVC sliding sash windows with thin concrete cills. A gabled entrance porch, with walls matching the house's render, is located to the left of the central window. The porch has a natural slate roof and a modern door with eight raised and fielded panels, flanked by modern windows. A single window is visible on the left (south) gable at ground floor level.

The rear (east) elevation is characterized by a cat-slide roof return extending centrally. The exposed bays on either side have first-floor windows, with the return itself detailed as part of the house. The left cheek of the return incorporates a single window, while the right cheek features a modern timber door. A uPVC French window and a gable window are present on the right (north) gable.
