Description

A two-storey/ three bay farmhouse on the E side of the Belfast Road. Pitched natural slate roof with two rebuilt corbelled red brick chimneys – one to either side of central bay. Advanced eaves course with half-round plastic rainwater goods. Modern skylights to rear pitch. Principal elevation faces W. Walls are smooth rendered and painted with stepped V-channelled quoins (front corners only). Smooth rendered basecourse. Each bay has a window to each floor. All are 2/2 uPVC sliding sash windows with thin concrete cills. Central bay has an additional entrance porch set to the left of the window. Porch has a gabled natural slate roof and walls as the house. Modern door has eight raised and fielded panels. Left and right cheeks have a modern window (as others). Left (S) gable has a window at ground floor centre. The rear (E) elevation is abutted to centre by a cat-slide roof return (see later). The exposed left and right bays each have a window at first floor. The return is detailed as house. Its left cheek and rear face have a single window. Its right cheek has a modern timber door. The right (N) gable has a uPVC French window at ground floor and a window in gable.
