Description
This is a two-storey, four-bay farmhouse. It was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed, and a partial record was taken during the Second Survey as it was deemed not worthy of a full survey. The farmhouse has a single-storey, monopitched roof at the rear return. The front façade features three windows, irregularly spaced and aligned with three windows on the ground floor. A projecting gabled entrance porch is positioned off-centre on the front. Two red brick chimneys are evenly spaced along the ridge. The front windows are UPVC sash windows, while the rear windows are casements. The building has UPVC rainwater goods. The roof is covered in natural slate and the exterior has a painted smooth render finish with raised quoins and window surrounds. The building is currently used as a house and was formerly used as a house. It is not a listed building.
