Beechvale, Newry Road, Banbridge, Co Down, BT32 3HN

Beechvale was an early nineteenth-century, two-storey, three-bay building that has since been demolished and replaced by a three-storey apartment block. According to records from the First Survey, the original building was likely constructed around 1830. It featured a slated roof, rendered walls with quoins, and double-height windows with horizontal glazing bars. A doorcase with pilasters, half-length sidelights, and a fanlight was present. Ground floor windows on the first survey had moulded architraves. Bay windows were added to the ground floor after 1861. The building appeared on Ordnance Survey maps from 1833 and 1861, initially without the bay windows and extensions. A survey was conducted on 15th September 1969. The listing record indicates that Beechvale is not listed for architectural or historical interest, represents a partial survey only, and the extent of any potential listing is not defined.
