Beechvale is a detached, multi-bay two-storey house that may have been converted from a farm outbuilding. The building was not included in the first heritage survey. The current structure's footprint does not correspond with the map's indication of the site's original layout, suggesting that the original building, or a part of it, may have been demolished. This divergence means that the house is not considered worthy of a second survey for heritage listing purposes.
