Two storey / two bay house on S side of the junction between Newry Road and Greenhill Road. Pitched natural slate roof with concrete skews and terracotta ridge tiles. Two rendered and coped chimneys, one to each gable. Rainwater goods gone. Walls are lined cement rendered and painted with painted stepped quoins and advanced rendered eaves course. Principal elevation faces NE. Left bay has a t+g sheeted door at right and a single window opening with an exposed sash box and granite cill to left (sashes are gone and opening is sheeted over). Aligned to first floor are two similar window openings, also boarded over. Right bay has a projecting entrance porch at left with a monopitched natural slate roof and a t+g sheeted door. Its left and right cheeks are blank. To right of porch is a single infilled window opening. Aligned above it on first floor is similar opening. Left and right gables are unpainted lined cement rendered; both blank. Rear elevation has wet dashed walls. It is abutted to left and centre bays by a single storey outbuilding with a half hipped natural slate roof where it abuts main block. To ground floor right there is a modern t+g sheeted door. To first floor left are two blocked up window openings.
