Single-storey/ three-bay vernacular building, south facing on north side of Newry Road. Pitched natural slate roof with cement coped verges and two rendered chimneys, both with corbelled red brick copings, one to each party wall. All walls are painted wet dash. Main entrance is at middle of central bay. It consists of a six panelled painted timber door set into a projecting gabled porch (sharing eaves with main roof). Its roof is natural slated with a decorative bargeboard and walls are as façade; cheeks blank. There are four windows to façade; all are 2/2 (vertically divided) sliding sashes with painted granite cills and smooth render architraves. There is one to either side of porch on central bay (left one has metal bars over), and one centred to each end bay. Windows have raised decorative render band around. Left gable has a t+g sheeted painted timber door (with concrete block repairs to wall over) to right hand side. Rear elevation is abutted to central bay by a lean-to return. Return has a lean-to corrugated metal roof and rendered (block or brick) walls. It has two metal windows and a t+g sheeted door to rear wall and a metal window to its right cheek. Left cheek is devoid of openings. Remaining wall at right is devoid of openings. Right gable of main building is abutted by a lower gabled outhouse, with natural slate roof and rendered walls. Its gable has a t+g sheeted door with small vent over. Wall at left has a t+g sheeted painted timber door.
