Description

A much altered symmetrical two-storey / three-bay house aligned SW-NE close to the southern boundary of Derryard Townland. Hipped artificial slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles and a brick chimney with decorative brick coping at party wall between each bay. Ogee plastic rainwater goods. Walls are pebble-dashed over a cement-rendered base course with stepped cement quoins. There is a cement-rendered platband at first floor cill level, off which a decorative lugged vertical band rises between each bay to eaves level. All windows are uPVC top-hung casements with cement cills (unless otherwise stated). Principal elevation faces SE. To centre is a modern glazed and timber door with sidelights and a semi-elliptical fanlight over. To either side is a window. Aligned above ground floor openings are three windows. All openings have cement rendered reveals; those to ground floor windows have decorative heads. Left gable is blank. Rear elevation has a door to each end; that to left is uPVC, that to right is timber. Central bay has two windows. First floor has three equally spaced windows. Right gable has a large central window at ground floor.
