Single storey vernacular house, set on the N side of the Derryboy Road, c.3.5 miles N of Crossgar. The front (S) façade has a modern partly glazed door to the centre left. To the left of this is a sash window with Georgian panes (six over six), with two similar windows to the right of the door. The W gable has a similar window to the left at ground level and a small window to the right at the upper level (also with a sash frame but two over two). The left side of this gable merges with the W face of a large single storey flat roofed extension which has a multi pane casement window. The N gable has a timber built outbuilding attached, with a corrugated iron (gabled) roof. The rear is completely covered by a large, single storey extension with a flat roof and modern windows. The façade is of the original house is finished in lined render and painted. The extension is in plain render. Bracketed eaves course to front. The gabled roof is covered in natural slate with two Velux windows to the rear. Three rendered chimney stacks. Cast iron rw goods. Wrought iron farm gate to W and wrought iron pedestrian gate to W.
