House with attached shop to west. C18. Rubble, coped verges, slate roof, brick stacks, one to right return on a projecting rubble chimney-breast. Main frontage L-shaped, 2:1 bays, 2 and 3-light stone-mullioned windows with stopped labels, each light with a casement with glazing bars; bay to right projects under a front-facing gable. Door opening in the angle between the wings, panelled door, flat-roofed rubble porch with 4-centred head outer door opening. Shop on left return with 3 C20 shop windows and door, 3 casements on first floor. Important roadside position.
