Description

Jasmine Cottage is an 18th-century house located on the south side of Queen's Road in Evercreech. The building is constructed of rubble with a concrete tiled roof, featuring coped verges and brick stacks. It has two storeys and a symmetrical three-bay frontage. The windows are 2-light stone-mullioned, with each light containing a casement, except for a single-storeyed canted bow on the right side of the ground floor, which consists of two curving 12-pane sash windows. The central door opening is accompanied by a 20th-century half-glazed porch.
