Description
Roseworthy is a group of three houses from the 18th century located on the north side of High Street in Evercreech. The central house features an ashlar stone front, while the adjoining houses are roughcast. They have coped verges and slate roofs, with one house having a brick stack and another an ashlar stack topped with a moulded cap. The buildings are two storeys high and consist of five bays. The windows are primarily sash windows with glazing bars set in freestone surrounds, except for two three-light casements with glazing bars in similar surrounds on the first floor. There are three door openings; the central one has a stone surround with a semi-circular head, a fanlight with radiating glazing bars, and a half-glazed door. The outer door openings feature stone triangular pediments on consoles, with panelled doors that have glazed upper portions.
