Description

Bay Cottage is a cottage that likely dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of local stone rubble and features exposed timber lintels. The roof is thatched and half hipped at the west end, with a brick chimney stack at one end. The cottage is a single storey with an attic and has three windows on the north facade. The windows are two-light casements with horizontal glazing bars, and one window above in bay two is set into the thatch. There is an entrance porch located between bays one and two, which has rendered side walls and a plain tiled roof. The interior has not been seen.
