Woodville is a mid-19th century house set in its own grounds. It is two storeys tall and constructed of pale brick. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, featuring projecting eaves. The building has plain brick pilasters and an ashlar sill band. There are three windows, with the side windows on the ground floor consisting of three lights under segmental heads. The windows are sashes with wide glazing bars. A central brick porch leads to the entrance, which has double four-panel doors. The listed buildings in Haines Hill form a group.
