Description

11 and 13 Haines Hill are a large, mid-19th century Gothic house set back from the road. The house is two storeys plus attics, with three gables. It is roughcast with a slate roof, featuring cusped and fretted bargeboards. The upper floors have three windows of one and three lights, each with rectangular dripmoulds. The ground floor features three large canted bays with traceried parapets. All windows have Gothic tops, with a French window under a dripmould to the right. The main entrances are located on the sides of the building. The listed buildings in Haines Hill form a group.
