Description

This is a mid-19th century house, situated set back from the road. It is comprised of two storeys, with a prominent gabled section projecting slightly from the centre of the front facade. Small hipped dormer roofs are present on the left and right sides. The building is constructed of stucco, with slate roofs. Decorative cusped and fretted bargeboards adorn the gables. There are three windows, each containing three or four lights, featuring rectangular dripmoulds. The windows have Gothic heads and marginal glazing bars. A double porch is located centrally, featuring a continuous moulded hood supported on slender half columns. Recessed doors are situated beneath pointed arches. The listed buildings of Haines Hill are recognised as a group.
