Description

Agriculture House, formerly known as Broadlands, is a house likely built in the early 19th century, set in its own grounds and facing east away from the road. The building has two storeys and is finished in roughcast with a hipped slate roof and projecting eaves. It features two sash windows with thin glazing bars. The ground floor includes a verandah with a frilled canopy supported by trellis. There are large French windows with shutters. To the left, there is a slightly lower extension that has a cornice. The front facing Trull Road has been altered and includes modern extensions to the right.
