Description

Hollies is a mid-19th century double-pile house that stands two storeys high. It is constructed from local brick and features a slate roof with end stacks. The building has a dentil eaves cornice and a symmetrical arrangement of three hung sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor. Flanking the central entrance door, which has four panels and two flush panels, are two hung sash windows with glazing bars set in cambered arches. The doorcase is adorned with plain pilasters and an entablature. To the left, there is a single-storey range that is also made of brick and slate. Additionally, there is a late 19th century garden wall.
