Description

No 1 Wood Street is an 18th-century house that stands two storeys tall. It is constructed of local brick and features an old plain tile roof alongside a modern tile section. The house has tumbled parapet gables and end stacks. The front facade is symmetrical, showcasing three hung sash windows with glazing bars set in segmental arches on the first floor. Flanking the central doorway are two similar windows. The door and its doorcase are modern.
