Description

12A and 12C, East Park Street, is a mid-19th century house and shop constructed of gault brick. The roof is now tiled, but was originally hipped. The building is two storeys high. The front elevation features flat, red brick arches to one blind opening and two hung sashes with glazing bars to the left-hand side. It has a double-fronted shop with a pilastered architrave supporting a plain entablature with a ramped frieze, and a central doorway.
