Description

2 Park Street is a house dating to around 1840. It is constructed of gault brick with a hipped slate roof of a shallow pitch. The building is symmetrical, featuring a three-window front. The upper floor has hung sash windows with glazing bars and margin lights, set within cambered brick arches. The ground floor has two larger, similar windows. A doorcase is characterised by pilasters and a plain entablature, surmounted by a later doorhood featuring carved brackets supporting a triangular pediment. The entrance is framed by panelled double doors.
