Description

This is a house dating to circa 1830. It is constructed of gault brick with a hipped slate roof of a shallow pitch. The house has two storeys. The facade facing Wenny Road features three hung sash windows with glazing bars, set within flat arches. A central doorcase is elliptical, featuring engaged columns and a plain entablature. The entrance is via a four-panelled door with a rectangular fanlight above. A range of four similar windows is visible on the side elevation.
