Description

This is a mid-19th century house located on East Park Street. It is constructed of gault brick with a slate roof featuring a dentil eaves cornice. The house is two storeys high. The first floor has two hung sash windows set within rusticated architraves, which incorporate voussoirs and projecting key blocks. To the left of the house is a carriageway, which has a panelled wooden lintel. A small oriel window, with two fixed lights and a hipped roof, is also present. A side entry provides access to the house.
