Description

No. 3 East Park Street is an early and late 18th century cottage with a gable end facing the road. The building is constructed of brick, now rendered, and has a pantiled roof with parapet gables and a sawtooth eaves cornice. A ridge stack is present. The cottage is one storey in height with attics. The side elevation features three gable dormers with modern casement windows. On the ground floor are four modern casement windows, two 18th century panelled doors, and one 19th century panelled door. The gable end has two 19th century hung sashes with margin lights. A 19th century weatherboarded workshop is located at the rear, also pantiled, and is two storeys high with a large first-floor window featuring vertical glazing bars.
