Description

No. 45 Cherry Orton Road is an 18th-century cottage positioned at right angles to the road. It is constructed of brick and features a thatched roof with gabled ends. The building has one storey and an attic, with three dormers at the eaves that contain casements with leaded panes. On the ground floor, there are three modern casements, a modern bow window, and a modern porch. The cottage has brick ridge stacks located off centre at the east end. Additionally, there is a small modern single-storey extension at the east end and a fire insurance plaque is present.
