Description

No. 43 Cherry Orton Road is a rendered stone cottage, likely dating from the early 18th century. It is positioned at right angles to the road and features a thatched roof with a half-hipped gable facing the road. The cottage has one storey and an attic. On the ground floor, there are two three-light casements with leaded panes, along with a central doorway that has a simple modern porch. Additionally, there is another casement in the gable end. The cottage has a rebuilt brick central ridge stack.
