Description

This is a house dating to around 1830. It is constructed of gault brick, with a slate roof featuring a dentil eaves cornice. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical facade with three windows. The windows are hung sashes with glazing bars, set within moulded architraves. The ground floor windows have curved brick arches above them. The doorway is topped with a semi-circular arch, framed by a reeded doorcase detailed with boss enrichments to the capitals and a key block. The door itself is of four raised and fielded panels, with two flush panels and a semi-circular arched fanlight with glazing bars.
