Description

This is an early 19th-century house, located on Wenny Road. It is constructed of gault brick with a slate roof featuring a dentil eaves cornice. The house is two storeys high. The front facade has three sash windows with margin lights and one blind window, all with cambered brick arches. A doorcase with fluted pilasters, an entablature with a decorated frieze, a continuous frieze band, and a triangular pediment shelters a six-panel door with raised and fielded panels and a semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars. The reveals are panelled. A passageway with a semi-circular headed arch is located to the left.
