Description

Daphne House is an early 19th-century house located on Daphne Road, Orford. The building is constructed of gault brick with a slate roof. It is two storeys high and has a three-window front. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set in flush frames. They are topped by gauged brick flat arches. The main entrance features pilasters and a broken entablature with a triangular pediment. The original six-panel raised and fielded door has a semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars; a modern glazed porch has been added.
