Description
12A Mill Street is an 18th-century house located in Ludlow. It is constructed of painted brick and features a Welsh slate roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a two-window range. The windows are 20th-century 6/6 sashes, with the right window situated under a timber lintel. There is a 20th-century roof gable dormer that contains twin casements.
The entrance is located on the left and features an 18th-century oak door that is now partly glazed. This door is set within a case that has a moulded head and is topped by a 19th-century flat hood supported by fluted wood pilasters. To the right of the entrance, there is a blocked opening beneath a segmental arch, along with a 6/6 sash window in an altered opening, also under a segmental arch. The left gable displays light box framing with brick infill and a "tumbled in" upper panel.
