Description

No. 16 Mill Street is an 18th-century house located in Ludlow. It features painted brickwork and a 20th-century plain tile roof, with a roughcast brick stack at the rear. The building is two stories tall with an attic and has a single window range. The early 20th-century window is a 6/6 sash set beneath a segmental arch, and there is a storey band present. A 20th-century semi-dormer with twin casements is also included. On the right side, there is a four-panel door with an overlight that has glazing bars, all within a moulded doorcase topped by a moulded flat hood supported by consoles and pilasters. To the left, there is a 19th-century 3/3 sash window under a segmental arch, above a glazed cellar opening. The left gable is made of rendered rubble.
