Description
No. 19 Dinham is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and has a 20th-century plain tile roof, with a brick chimney stack at the rear. The building is two storeys high, with an attic and a cellar, and features a two-window range. The windows are 20th-century, 6/6 sashes set beneath gauged brick segmental arches. The eaves are decorated with brick modillions, and there is a 20th-century gable dormer that contains a two-light casement window. The entrance is located to the left and consists of a 20th-century, six-panel door with an ornamental fanlight, which is situated beneath a moulded flat hood supported by consoles. To the right of the entrance, there is another 20th-century, 6/6 sash window under a gauged brick segmental arch. The right side of the building has a 19th-century, 3/3 sash window also set under a segmental arch.
